To The Depositors of TransCapital Bank:
TransCapital Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Guarantee Program.
Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

On October 14, 2008, the FDIC announced the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program (TLPG Program) to strengthen confidence and encourage liquidity in the banking system. One of the components of the TLPG Program is the Transaction Account Guarantee Program (TAG Program). Membership in the TAG Program provides an unlimited guarantee of funds maintained in certain types of interest paying attorney trust accounts including IOLTAs, IOLAs and IOTAs through December 31, 2010.
Effective with the FDIC announcement and in accordance with its directives, TransCapital Bank is pleased to announce that it has taken the necessary action to provide full, 100% deposit insurance coverage on balances maintained in the noted accounts.
